PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

To qualify for a repair or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all parts included.
All requests must be submitted through our RMA Portal.


For distributors/resellers: please limit each RMA request to a maximum of 20 items for faster processing.


Important: We cannot accept returns without a valid RMA number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed.
If you’re unsure whether your product is still under warranty, submit a request — we’ll check the status for you.



Return shipping responsibility:

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment to OWC Europe.
OWC will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.



How to submit an RMA:

  1. Log in to the RMA Portal.
    If you don’t have an account, sign up with your name, shipping address, and valid email.

  2. Enter the serial number from the product itself (if available).

  3. Provide a detailed description of the reason for return.

  4. We’ll review your request within 2 business days.
    Do not send your item until you receive an RMA number by email or see it in your account.

  5. Once approved, log in to print your RMA form and packing slip.
    Ship your item within 30 days using the courier of your choice.

  6. You can check the status of your return anytime (24/7) by logging into the portal.
